These Regulations govern the use of spaces, reproduction rights, and educational services. They include a price list setting out the terms and conditions for the temporary use of the monumental spaces of the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana—namely the Sansovino Hall, the Vestibule Hall, and the Ridotti dei Procuratori—as well as additional spaces (Teaching Room, Reading Rooms, interior areas, and the roof) and the related services. Access to the premises is via the monumental staircase (Piazzetta San Marco 13/a) and the main entrance (Piazzetta San Marco 7).
The Regulations, adopted by Executive Decision No. 66 of 24 August 2023, comply with the Guidelines for determining the minimum amounts of fees and charges for the granting of use of assets entrusted to state cultural institutions and sites, as set out in Ministerial Decree No. 161 of 11 April 2023.

With regard to reproduction rights, the conditions and costs are set out in the attached Regulations and comply with the Guidelines for determining the minimum amounts of fees and charges for the granting of use of assets entrusted to state cultural institutions and sites, issued by the Italian Ministry of Culture by Ministerial Decree No. 108 of 21 March 2024, which introduces significant amendments to the previous Ministerial Decree No. 161 of 11 April 2023. This Library has adopted the new provisions by Executive Decision No. 15 of 10 April 2024.
